By accessing and using DocAndDev (docanddev.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this platform.
2. Eligibility
DocAndDev is exclusively for verified medical professionals. To use this platform, you must:
- Hold a valid MCI (Medical Council of India) registration
- Provide authentic identity documents (Doctor ID Card, Aadhaar)
- Complete KYC verification via video/phone call
- Receive admin approval before accessing the platform
3. Account Registration & Verification
Step 1: You submit registration details including name, email, phone, and MCI registration number.
Step 2: Our team conducts a KYC verification call where you must present:
- MCI Registration Certificate
- Doctor ID Card
- Aadhaar Card (for identity verification)
Step 3: Admin team reviews and approves/rejects your application.
Step 4: Upon approval, you gain access to post jobs, apply for opportunities, and connect with other verified doctors.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Not share your account with others
- Use the platform for professional purposes only
- Not post fake, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
- Respect other users and maintain professional conduct
5. Job Postings & Payment
DocAndDev charges ₹9 per job post. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. Once payment is confirmed, your post goes live.
You may delete your own posts anytime from your profile dashboard.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
- Create fake profiles or impersonate others
- Post spam, advertisements, or irrelevant content
- Scrape or harvest data from the platform
- Use automated bots or scripts
- Engage in any illegal or unethical activity
7. Admin Rights
DocAndDev reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject any user account
- Remove or moderate any content
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Update or modify platform features
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is used solely for verification and platform access. We do not sell your data to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability
DocAndDev is a platform that facilitates connections between doctors. We are not responsible for:
- The accuracy of job postings
- Employment outcomes or disputes
- Any agreements made between users off-platform
10. Termination
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
